Thanks for the email. I arrived safely back in US.

The Udaipur tour was good.

I initially wondered about the 4 hr in Mumbai but the flight from Udaipur was an hour late and they landed us at the International terminal, bussed us to the domestic (new route 30min standing up in a bus) then got our bags, then they have limited the buses back to international, waiting almost an hour and then in the international terminal had to start from scratch and thus only got to the plane as boarding, very disorganized with their 2 airports in Mumbai adjacent but with no connection. Any less time I would have missed my flight.

Just a feedback for other travelers. Hopefully this process will improve in the future.

Hi Mubasheer,

I returned last night from Beijing. The trip was great and I enjoyed myself. Thank you for all the arrangements. Everything went on as planned. The local guides in Beijing were friendly, on time and spoke little English, but it was sufficient to communicate. There was no confusion or problems on any of the days except on the landing day..but that was due to the rain and could not be avoided.

The hotel was good and no one spoke English there, but the breakfast was good, the area was central and safe. The rooms were very comfortable and TV had some English news channels.

If I may, I would like to make a suggestion or two so that it may help you with clients in the future.

I wanted to visit the Ming tombs, but there is nothing to see there. It could've been skipped, so that can be an option that you may suggest to others. Of course it comes down to personal choice.

We also visited the Badaling part of the Great Wall as this was close to the Ming tombs as both had to be done on the same day. If there are older people going there, it's too steep to climb and even I found it hard. It's also flooded with a lot of locals and there's barely any space to walk and enjoy the sight.

I had a chance to visit the Mutiyanyu section of the Great Wall with the conference doctors and that was a much more beautiful stretch. It was more organized, had more souvenir shops, restaurants, was cleaner and had less locals and more tourists. I liked this section of the Great Wall a lot.

So if someone plans to go to the Great Wall, the Mutiyanyu is the better option.

But having said that, I enjoyed my trip to China a lot and it would not have been possible without your help

Hello Mr.Mubasheer,

We did return safely, after having a wonderful time in India.

Overall the arrangements you made were wonderful. Our guide in Jaipur was very good. He explained things well and gave us time to wander at sites. The guide in Jodhpur was outstanding. He spent a lot of time explaining Hindu practices. He also took us to the market that locals use. It was interesting to see what that was like. The guide in Udaipur was good. The folk art school we went to in Udaipur was really just a shop and I think I would omit from future trips.

The hotels in Jodhpur and Udaipur and the Holiday Inn in Mumbai all were very good. The driver was very skilled and careful, which we appreciated! Your attention to us on a daily basis was appreciated.

We have strongly believed that vacations are a time to be spent worry free with the family.

We are sharing our experience during our 12 day vacation to Germany and Austria. From the time of planning to the day of return, we have detailed our experience as below.

Planning stage : This is very vital for any vacation to be successful. We recall having interacted with you for almost 3 weeks identifying and finalizing the location as also the tentative itinerary and costing to suit the budget. We changed the itinerary not less than 6 times and each time we came across you as extremely patient and supportive of meeting our requirement.

Finalization stage : After several iterations, we finalized the tour as Frankfurt, Munich, Salzburg and Vienna. Once the finalization of itinerary was done, we experienced the detailing with which you prepared the final plan. At no stage did you express any kind of discomfort with regarding to the payment tranches for procurement of tickets, hotel booking etc.

Visa stage : You took full ownership for processing the visa by collecting all required documents from us and went to the extent of personally coming to our residence to help fill the application form and submitting it at VFS for further processing as also the required insurance

Preparation of the dockets for travel : Unlike several other agencies, the detailed approach of yours to meticulously arrange the itinerary, hotel vouchers, train tickets and other documents is indeed appreciated.

Currency for travel : At the last minute when we requested your support to obtain the currency you smilingly arranged for the same. We could not have expected better support from you.

During the travel : All hotels of stay were arranged by you considering the fact that my wife and I should spend least amount of time travelling with bags and rather utilise the time and money to travel to other smaller locations of interest. At every stage of travel, you ensured that you reconfirmed bookings and ensured that hotels do not subject us to any inconvenience. You did not hesitate to contact us to check if we felt comfortable and needed any further support.

Summary of experience : More than a mere travel agent, the personal touch that you provided to us during our travel requires a lot of appreciation and we will not hesitate to reach out to you as the one stop friend for all our future travel needs.

The Palace On Wheels train was awesome. We covered the New Delhi / Rajasthan / Agra / New Delhi route. We really enjoyed all the facilities on the train. The hospitality in the train is excellent. The sightseeing provided by coaches in Jaipur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Agra were very good. The Ranthambore Tiger reserve is also very good. Camel ride in Sand dunes in Thar Desert was a different experience. At the last leg of the journey, we saw Taj Mahal and it was amazing. Thank you for organizing this tour.
